We are a licensed General Engineering, General Building and Landscaping Contractor. Since 1994, we’ve completed many successful projects on properties of up to 1,800 acres and a median price of $2 – 55 million.

Water is an elemental thread that runs through the majority of our work from pools and spas, water features, drinking water systems and aquariums to creeks and ponds, stream restoration, integrated irrigation and custom filtration. Through expertly fusing the science and art of water chemistry and function, we have positioned ourselves at the forefront of advanced Water System Evolution.

We approach the design of each project with a goal of incorporating appropriate "green" technology, beneficial for both our clients and the earth. We have pioneered and mastered new construction techniques which make possible many of our unique designs and improves the success of our projects and the overall aesthetics.

We practice an interdisciplinary approach within our company. Planning, design, installation and monitoring personnel collaborate on each phase of project development to provide an integrated design - build process. We design with the latest in advanced CAD programs, including 3D modeling / rendering and hydraulic, and employ Microsoft Projects to improve efficiency and management of our high-quality, complex projects.

Our goal, for each client, is to achieve a high level of satisfaction. Listening to their needs and desires we intelligently design and build a unique reflection of their spirit. While we often work directly for the owner, we are always happy to partner and/or subcontract with architects, designers and builders to help actualize their most inspired ideas.
